Samuel Downer Esq
My Beloved Friend
That "reunion" was a grand affair and highly creditable to yourself.
I am glad it is to "be preserved in pamphlet form."
I had no speech to make at the time, and none now to print. But I was proud to see my name in the Journals of the day among your honored guests. And hope it may appear in the pamphlet.
R. H. Neale.
