Thy invitation to a Reunion of the "Free-Soilers of 1848" has been recd. It would give me great pleasure to meet my old friends, and, if my health permits, I shall endeavor to do so. If I am not able to be with you, be assured of my hearty sympathy and my desire that the occasion one of interest to all.
