Description
In this letter Albert G. Browne asks Samuel Downer to invite Richard P. Waters, William Ashby, and John G. Whittier to the reunion. He says that Ashby is elderly but still very healthy. He also says that these three are the only living men he knows of who attended the first convention in Essex County. There is a partially handwritten note at the top of the letter which mentions William Ashby.
