Dear Sir,

I leave this introduction and the Report of the Reunion, and letters. On reading Churchill + Carnes, I think it hardly worth while to print theirs.

Please say to printers, that the order of the letters is of no consequence, after the long ones. It would be well, as far as possible, to make them avoid putting parts of a short letter on different pages.
